More than 35 years ago, Zack’s grandfather started Sondgeroth Pools with a simple belief: if you work hard, treat people right, and take pride in your craft, the rest will follow. Zack grew up in the middle of it — tagging along on job sites, carrying tools, and watching his grandfather bring backyards to life one project at a time.
Those early days weren’t just about learning construction. They were about learning responsibility, patience, and what it means to build something that lasts.
Learning From the Best
As Zack got older, those early lessons turned into real hands-on experience. What started as “helping Grandpa” slowly became understanding the details, techniques, and craftsmanship behind every pool.
